Over the past few months, Stone Federation’s Women In Natural Stone Group has hosted events across the UK, bringing together women from the worlds of architecture, design, construction and natural stone.
These events have been brought together by our WINS Regional Ambassadors are are passionate about bringing together women in these sector in their parts of the UK.
Starting with a WINS networking event at the Hillhead Quarrying Exhibition in Buxton, our WINS events have included a Bath Stone Mine Tour, Workshop evening in London and will, in the coming months include a Wine Tasting Evening in Chelmsford and a Lunch and Learn in Manchester.
The feedback that we’ve received from the women who had attended these events has been so encouraging, one attendee commented:
