UltraScape eco-bed is formulated from selected cements and graded fillers to comply and exceed the performance requirements of BS 7533-101:2021, table 9, Type 25 and Type 35 bedding mortars. The pre-blended fine bedding concrete is supplied in 25kg bags or alternatively, for those large projects, in 30 tonne bulk silos. The product can be laid from 10mm to 100mm in one pass with greater depths achievable using successive layers. The material mixes easily on-site with the addition of water and provides a compressive strength of 45N/mm2 after 28 days complying fully with BS 7533. This material should not be used in temperatures below 5oC.

UltraScape prembed mortar is a fibre modified cement binder which, when mixed with graded aggregates and water, can produce a rapid drying high strength bedding mortar ready to receive floor finishes such as porcelain/natural stone tiles etc. UltraScape prembed mortar can be used to form falls within patios, driveways.

UltraScape pro-prime is supplied pre-blended in 20kg bags. With the simple addition of water on-site, the product creates a liquid slurry paste, which can be applied to the underside of all paving elements at a thickness of 1mm to 2mm immediately prior to their placement on UltraScape pro-bed HS/eco-bed.

UltraScape prem-prime is a polymer modified cementitious slurry primer specifically formulated to provide exceptional bond between all types of stone surfaces and UltraScape prembed bedding mortar. The product is suitable for application on driveways and patios. UltraScape prem-prime can be used with natural stone, concrete flags, porcelain tiles and clay pavers.

UltraScape flowpoint is a fully pre-mixed dry-pack which only requires the addition of water on-site. It can fill joints from 5mm-50mm wide with a minumum target depth of 20mm, up to 200mm in one application. This highly fluid grout achieves a final compressive strength of 49.6N/mm2 (results achieved using 4.25 litres of water per 25kg bag), and will reach initial set in 30 minutes, will accept light foot traffic after 1 hour, and vehicular traffic after 4 hours (dependent upon temperature).

UltraScape slipbond is a flexible cladding adhesive for internal and external use. It consists of blended cements, graded fillers and additives and a high level of dispersible powder polymer. It is specially formulated with extended workability for fixing brick slips and natural stone to a range of substrates including sand/cement render, brick and block work and can be used for wall and floor applications as well as with external and internal wall installation systems.

Limepoint Regency mortar is a cement free hydrated lime gun injected pointing mortar for pointing all brick types and stonework and is ideal for historic projects.
