Travertine Polishing
Three stage diamond resurfacing to travertine floor tiles to remove surface scratches and etch marks. Deep clean tiles and grout lines. Re-polish to high shine and apply 4 coats of impregnating sealant.
Marble Island Restoration
Diamond grind and resurface marble island to remove surface scratches and etch marks. Re-polish to as high a shine as possible and apply 4 coats of impregnating sealant.
Sandstone Restoration
Deep clean and remove any existing sealants to sandstone floor tiles and grout lines using alkaline cleaning compounds and mild abrasive powder. Extract waste slurry and rinse with fresh water. Apply 4 coats of impregnating sealant and 2 coats of matt finish surface wax.
For dining area that was previous boot room, we will resurface the tiles to make smoother, in keeping with surrounding areas.
Limestone Maintenance
Deep clean limestone floor tiles and grout to entrance hall (from side door), WC, utility room, kitchen, dining area and lounge. Diamond polish limestone floor tiles to 1500 grit satin shine.
Apply 3 coats of colour enhancing impregnator to limestone tiles and grout.
Limestone Restoration
Diamond grind and resurface limestone floor tiles to remove surface scratches and etch marks. Deep clean tiles and grout lines. Re-polish to 800 grit mid-shine and apply 4 coats of impregnating sealant.
