These are all the free services that membership of Stone Federation entitles you to. You or your staff can use these services as often as you wish.
The procedure for helplines is that you receive an initial 20 minutes of advice on the telephone.
For visits, reports, letters or more in-depth assistance, a charge will be made at preferential members’ rates and you will be advised of this, and your agreement sought before any charges are implemented.
Training

Stone Federation coordinates the technical advice service provided by members of our Technical Committee. Please note that any advice given is covered by the PI of the expert replying, not Stone Federation itself.
Health, Safety and Welfare
Stone Federation members have access to Health & Safety advice provided by Roy Bush, a former HSE Inspector with thirty years of industry experience. To access the helpline, call our Health, Safety and Welfare co-ordinator, Nigel Stubbings on 07584 078007.
