This April the Federation will be returning for the 11th Natural Stone Show at London’s ExCel. This is one of the leading shows for both the Federation and our members and a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with the wider natural stone industry.
We will, once again be at the heart of the Stone Village, this year, surrounded by nineteen of our members. The Village will be a hub of networking, fact finding and product research with exhibiting members covering everything from quarries and stone testing through to stone sealants and design consultants.
The Stone Federation stand will feature all of our publications, available at show-exclusive discounted prices. The stand will also feature our popular British Stones sample boards, showcasing over 80 different indigenous stones. This board and the accompanying guide book have already been seen by hundreds of architects over the past few years, many of whom have commented that they never realised the variety of British Stone available. The Stone Federation stand will also provide you with access to some of our technical, training and health & safety experts as well a networking area,
On the Wednesday, the Federation are running the show’s seminar program, with talks delivered by some of the industry’s leading experts. Topics covered will include selecting the correct stone, stone in your home, slip resistance and the industry’s hot topic of the moment, CE Marking. We are also hosting a ‘Network & Nibble’ event that will see the launch of the Federation’s 2015-2016 Natural Stone Source Book.
