A Seminar for Stone Federation members only.

This is a unique opportunity for you and your operatives to learn from experts at first hand how to design and install natural stone floors.  The speakers have between them many years experience and can share their wealth of knowledge with delegates.

Latest guidance and advice covering all aspects of stone selection, design, installation and maintenance will be explored.
 
The course will set out details of the latest British and European Codes and Standards.
 
The requirements of the Building Regulation parts M,K & L and the constraints imposed by Regulation 12(2)(a) Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations will be covered.
 
CIRIA Publication Safer surfaces to walk on – reducing the risk of slipping and the introduction of the slip Assessment Tool (SAT) will also be discussed.
 
The speakers will form a technical panel at the end of the event to answer questions and those
attending will receive a certificate of attendance and a complimentary copy of the Code of Practice for the Design and Installation of Internal Flooring (usual price to members £30).
