Stone Federation member Clipsham Stone are responsible for a vast number of iconic stone structures from Windsor Castle through to the House of Parliament.
The Rutland based quarry company will be showcasing their beautigul regional limestone at the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials in September.
Quarry owner Sue Thomas explained the concept behind their stand, “We wanted to create a place where our customers could experience our products as if they were in their own home. To do this we have created a ‘Lifestyle Marquee’.”
The centrepiece of the showcase will be a Clipsham Stone fireplace surrounded by pieces created by other high end domestic pieces and products. As part of the ‘Stone the Home’ theme, visitors will be able to purchase Clipsham Stone platters, trivets, coasters and lamp bases alongside the larger, ‘made to order’ pieces.
The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials take place from September 3-6, 2015.
